Sai Globus was founded- we began operations by designing and developing skin/ hair cream jars and closures for Dabur.
2010
2014
1st injection blow molding machine is commissioned along with complex design solutions for a skin cream jar and closure.
We designed and commissioned innovative technology in the UAE for manufacture of bi-color flip top closures for shampoos along with design and tooling of the parts.
2016
2019
We expanded our machine portfolio and commenced production in our 2nd warehouse.
We are commissioning new extrusion blow molding machines with multi cavities and in-mold deflashing as well as leak testing equipment. We are also setting up a 3rd warehouse to expand production. We have received quality certifications-

We hope to expand our Extrusion Blow Molding lines and start using post consumer recycling material- a total of 1/3rd of our production is planned to be using post consumer recycled (PR) granules.
Planned reduction of our electricity consumption by upgrading technologies to all electric machinery.

Plant Manager
M.Tech in Robotics from SRM University, India
Gareth D’Souza joined Sai Globus in 2014 as the Plant Engineer handling all machine and mould related hindrances. He was subsequently promoted to Plant Manager in 2017 taking control of the complete operations at Sai Globus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop processes to maximize productivity, quality and safety.
- Plan, organize and optimize day to day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Interact with customers and get their feedback on a regular basis to improve product usability.
- Analyse data to find methods to utilize assets at their optimal capacity with minimal wastages.
